Emily is a dedicated Clinical Mental Health Counselor passionate about creating a safe,
empathetic, and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their authentic selves.
With a belief in the human capacity for growth and change, Emily collaborates with clients to
identify goals, highlight strengths, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Grounded in a humanistic approach, Emily integrates evidence-based practices such as
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), and client-centered therapy. She views therapy as a partnership, where trust and
connection serve as the foundation for meaningful progress.
Emily has clinical experience working with children and adolescents in school-based settings,
helping young individuals manage anxiety, depression, stress, and relational challenges. Her
areas of interest include anxiety, depression, stress management, relationships, personal
growth, and general mental health concerns.
Emily earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is committed to supporting clients in a nurturing environment,
empowering them to create purposeful lives rooted in meaningful connections.
