Everyone has unique challenges and goals. Mike enjoys focusing on each client as an individual to assist them in discovering ways to work through those challenges. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. When we trust each other, and the process together, we can find ways for each person to grow. Mike has a background in many walks of life and loves to draw from a wide variety of interventions and experiences for the good of his clients. He has a masters degree in professional counseling from a small private college in Mankato MN. He also has a masters degree in divinity and 25 years of experience in faith communities. As a child of a big family, a parent, grandparent and former high school teacher, Mike enjoys learning about relationships across generations. Play, Art, Narrative, and Motivational Listening are a few of Mike’s favorite therapy approaches. Mike enjoys assisting with all age groups and identities. Assisting clients to find what will work best for them is at the heart of what he loves to do.
