As a Marriage and Family Therapy student intern, I’m passionate about helping people nurture and strengthen the relationships that matter most—whether that’s with a partner, family member, friend, or oneself. I also believe that a strong therapeutic relationship between myself and my clients is at the heart of meaningful change.
My approach is systemic, meaning I look at the “big picture” of your life and relationships rather than focusing on challenges in isolation. I aim to meet clients where they are, honor their experiences, and collaborate with them to work toward their goals at a comfortable pace.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and have experience supporting children and teens navigating anxiety and depression. My background also includes training in mediation and ongoing training in couples and family therapy.
Whatever life is bringing your way, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to offer a safe, compassionate space for exploration and growth.
Let’s connect - I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
