I am currently pursuing my master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling
at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. I am dedicated to supporting individuals
and providing them with care for various concerns. I believe that everyone deserves a
respectful, nonjudgmental environment in which to process painful experiences.
Together, we can work toward greater clarity, resilience, and well‐being. I understand
the complex layers of ongoing mental health challenges and prioritize meeting the client
where they are at. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as
Trauma‐Informed Care. I am deeply committed to providing a safe, empowering space
for all of my clients. My work centers on helping clients rebuild trust, regain autonomy,
and rediscover hope. I am honored to partner with each person who walks through my
door, and I remain committed to ongoing learning, supervision, and self‐reflection to
ensure my practice remains responsive, ethical, and grounded in the latest research. I
look forward to connecting with you!
