She believes that healing begins in a space where people feel safe, accepted, and truly heard. Nicki began her counseling journey in school-based settings, supporting elementary and middle school students and their families. That experience gave her a strong foundation in understanding how trauma, relationships, and environment shape development, and taught her the importance of meeting each client with compassion and flexibility. Nicki enjoys supporting individuals of all ages as they navigate experiences like anxiety, depression, self-harming thoughts and behaviors, life transitions, low self-esteem, and relational struggles. Her approach is person-centered and collaborative, drawing from play-based therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma- informed practices to meet each client’s unique needs. At the heart of Nicki’s work is a commitment to helping clients reconnect with their strengths, build emotional resilience, and move toward self-acceptance and hope. Since 1982, she has been working with individuals, couples and families. She specializes in issues related to ongoing recovery including eating disorders, childhood physical abuse, goal setting, adoptee issues and budget counseling. In addition, she has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating depression, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and grief. She has expertise in working with individuals who have suffered crisis, grief and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. Dr. Myers is Semi-Retired.

Tieglman-Koepp, MSEd, LPC, NCC, CNT, CEDS Therapist Office Location: West Bend Location: West Bend Lisa holds a Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis in community counseling and is both licensed as a professional counselor with the State of Wisconsin and board certified as a national counselor. She obtained certification as a Narrative Therapist in the summer of 2016. Lisa was granted the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) designation from the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDS) in June, 2018. Beginning in 1993, her professional career has consisted of private practice counseling, personal and professional coaching, employee assistance programming, teaching, assisting in the development of a dedicated eating disorders program, professional speaking and writing. Lisa’s areas of specialty and interest include women’s issues, concerns of pre-adolescent and adolescent girls, families affected by addiction/codependency, eating disorders, survivors of abuse/trauma/torture, depressive and anxiety disorders, grief and loss concerns, chronic illness, life transitioning, and sexuality and spirituality issues. She is theoretically oriented in gestalt, systemic and existential philosophies and practices from holistic, positive and strength-based psychotherapeutic perspectives. Lisa utilizes numerous forms of creative expression, bioenergetics and elements of spiritual psychology in addition to traditional psychotherapeutic methods in her work with clients. Lisa is an empathic and integrity-minded practitioner who has great reverence and respect for those she works with.

He is the author of “Ten Steps for Preventing Student Relapse”, “Student Guide for Relapse Prevention”, and “Eating Concerns Support Group Curriculum”. Mr. Shiltz’s psychotherapy practice at Northshore Clinic includes individual, couples, and family counseling, primarily in the areas of eating disorders, trauma, and addictions. In addition to his clinical work, Mr. Shiltz is on staff at Rogers Memorial Hospital. As Training Specialist for the hospital, Mr. Shiltz develops and delivers professional workshops, assists with research development, provides consultation services to schools and mental health agencies, and writes and publishes training materials. Mr. Shiltz is an ad hoc instructor for Cardinal Stritch University and is a member of the Academy for Eating Disorders.
